  1. I’ve been listening to a bunch of Henry Cloud’s books on boundaries, conflict resolution and finding safe people/being a safe person. They’re Christian books and written by two PhD psychologists. They talk about this, so it’s really cool to hear about this here too. It’s not easy, but this is really helpful as I’ve historically avoided conflict. I think it comes from growing up in an unsafe environment, where boundaries weren’t respected and it wasn’t safe to disagree. It’s good to learn how to do this and what safe and healthy actually looks like.
