Most of my friends eat terribly the best way to eat is vegetables and some fruit it's no wonder why so many of my pals are miserable. Tge devil is smart he gives you tasty food that kills you but guess what? Vegetables tastes good if yr not lazy and can cook.

. im no expert, but have been a spinal cord injury person that is wheelchair bound for 30 years. this is what i have have learned. i like an watch a lot of your videos. i agree. bateria likes n thrives on sugar. we have elements in our body, from our diet ie copper, zinc, salt and iron, which our immune system users as a bug zapper for example. put a galvanized pipe on a copper pipe together or a penny an a paperclip in a lemon. then hook up a multimeter to them. it will produce a nanovolt. we need oxygen, in our bodies to help with that process of electrolysis. sleep helps the body an mind to decompress, from stress, and heal from daily activities. stress makes to stomach PH level "go out of whack". whereas, baking soda helps balance the proper PH caused by stress or bad diet .. smoking decreases the oxygen, plus blocks blood flow from its tar to go to organs or wounds to provide what the cells need. . obesity and lack of exercise harbors toxins and adds more work to the heart in order to get the blood flowing. when a person exercises, they sweat out a lot of toxins. go by on how bad feet smell or flagent gas is also, exercise helps the heart by increasing its heart rate in order to work it out w/ cardio exercise. . we have good and bacteria in an on our body. when we use alcohol, as a beverage, or antibiotics it kills both good and bad bacteria in our gut. for our skin, alcohol based hand sanitizer on our hands or antibacterial soap to wash our bodies kills good bacteria. . stress makes the body go into fight or flight mode increasing adrenal and other hormones making it hard for the body n mind to relax and heal by lack of sleep or interferes w/ the immune system bec always in a state of mind of flight or fight. prayer an study of Yah's Word helps a lot bout our harboring of negativity or worry. ill add to your statement is to take probiotics to help the gut have good bacteria. plus, a healthy diet helps bowel movements. in addition, if i have a gut infection that has diarrhea, or a urine tract infection i use a lil wine and black walnut husk extract. also, i make a cocktail of sugar free concentrate cranberry juice, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar to switch op the PH an add vitamin C to make the bacteria uncomfortable
also, since the 1st of the year following Yah's dietary laws, my blood tests have been outstanding compared from before. 6 months into it, when i was fasting, i was about to pass out. in result, i could not cook. so pizza place is 50 yrds away. so i ordered pizza. later, i had tummy troubles. i did some research. pepperoni has pork in it and from my understanding, which i may be mistaken, Yah's dietary law says dont eat dairy with meals. idk

Research mitochondria function and heteroplasmy rate. Paying attention to your environment in today's high tech world is also crucial to one's well being. I am a stickler on my light environment, using no white LED bulbs in my home and my computer is hardwired. I also have no cell phone, which causes oxidative stress. There is no smart meter on our home either. I wear blue blocking glasses whenever I go into a store with artificial lighting and at night . Exposing your retinas to any blue light at night is a circadian disruption and lowers mitochondria function. Computer screens should be set to nighttime too, unless wearing blue blocking glasses and the same goes for TV's or any screen that omits blue light. These are just a few of my healthy living suggestions. I am going on 61 and am dis-ease free and have a lot of energy. I'm totally holistic and do not intentionally ingest any toxins.
