  26. Hi Pastor Lawson, I found your channel and sermons recently and have really enjoyed your messages. I am glad you are feeling better. I know what it is like not to be able to get your heart rate down and how it wears you out. I know this first hand. A few years ago, I went through this all the time, along with neurological issues, etc. and no doctors involved. I'll share a bit below in case it is of help to you or anyone reading this.

    If you have a moment, look up "sympathetic nervous system dominance" and "autonomic dysfunction/dysregulation". In simplicity, your nervous system(in coordination with your brain) controls every automatic function in the body, sometimes only affecting one organ system, and sometimes seemingly unrelated symptoms present themselves in varying forms or patterns.

    There is a continuum between the sympathetic(*fight or flight) and the parasympathetic(*rest and digest). These are the two "arms" of the autonomic nervous system. Also to keep in mind, there are tipping points that once triggered, cause the body to get stuck in a higher gear.
    Pretending that gear is 3rd, and that 1st is optimal, people are often in 2nd, and asymptomatic, until the switch flips and the body goes into 3rd. Once in that 3rd gear, people often only bring themselves back down to 2nd, rather than retraining the body back to 1st gear.

    If you get a chance, see if you can get full autonomic testing done. If so, and should you happen to be in sympathetic dominance(switching between 2nd and 3rd), then there is a portable device that you clip to your ear called a tVNS, or transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulator. Its role is to stimulate the vagus nerve, which is part of the parasympathetic nervous system. With daily use, its role is to retrain the body back into first gear via the calming of the nervous system. I don't know if this is applicable to you, but this would be good to find out.

    There is a doctor on youtube, Dr. Nemecheck, who is an autonomic specialist, so that might be a good lead for information(for yourself and/or for doctors assisting you). I'm sure your cardiologists have already checked your body's natural pacemaker in your sinus area, the SA Node, so if this continues consider(with your medical team) the possibility of the autonomic nervous system. There are changes in autonomic function with age, which controls heart rate variability(so not getting stuck at 150bpm or 45bpm or wherever). Heart rate variability changes with age, but the tVNS could be a way to minimize that so you can keep on doing what you love with the vigor and passion you love to do it with.

    I hope the healing is thorough and complete, and I hope you have a chance to take time out for yourself to relax and keep a slower pace for a bit while recovering.   30. When we find ourselves in sickness or calamity, it's because we are sinning and missing the mark of duty. They are God's warning signs to check yourself. If Jewish Jesus is in your heart, then you have a sick heart and your soul is being afflicted. Jesus was NOT a Jew, and 'church' doctrine is evil. Time to wake up and recognize the true Messiah.

So happy you are better My oldest Brother Had a heart attack Saturday and they brought him back when I say that they got his heart beating again but he was brain dead.. his brain spent to much time without oxygen:( please be in prayer for me. This feels like my church home. I always watch.. His name is Devrun .. my name is Celestra
    He was 50 years old. Pray for strength for me as I am the last of our immediate family
