Craig Groeschel | – Why is God Making Me Wait? – Missing Peace Part 3

Have you ever felt like you’re waiting on God? His timing might always be perfect, but from where we sit, it can also be frustrating. It can even feel like sometimes, He’s forgotten us. In this message, Pastor Craig Groeschel will take a look at what happens when God’s timing makes us pause, reflect, and depend on Him.

  1. Did Jesus ever tell anybody to come back tomorrow and I will heal you. NO of course not. Matthew 8VS 16 says He healed them all. Matt 9vs29, Matt 12vs15,Matt 14vs14, Matt 14v36,Matt 15v28 great is your faith.Matt 16vs19 you have the keys to the kingdom, dont blame God if healing has not manifested. Look deep into your doctrine for holes in you faith.

  2. Hey I got a question.
I am a boxer and do you think boxing is a sin? I love boxing and it helps me to overcome my sexual sin. When I spar with my friends we have a lot of fun and we are treating us very respectfully. Boxing is for me about movement, technique, athletics, footwork and not about violence. Please excuse my English I am a German guy.
    Have a nice day:)

  3. I now know I am truly saved and his forever my heart is his I surrender everything to Jesus! Thank you for this message! I had recently rededicated my life to Jesus about a month ago an as I’ve been drawing closer to him an developing a personal relationship with God, praying an reading my bible, I was still feeling uncertain of my salvation. Being taunted by my past an thinking I can’t be saved or I’ve done too much. I was looking for a sign of some kind. I’ve been doing a lot of plans for insight in knowledge an scripture on the Bible app an I downloaded the What’s Next plan an just started a few days ago. After watching a devotional I saw the link for this video because it played into what I was feeling. It opened my eyes an after praying at the end it just really solidified that yes I indeed do belong to Christ an he dwells in me! This is a new relationship with god an I feel like I was screwing up some how but I know he has his plans an timing contrary to my own. I know now I don’t need to keep asking him into my heart an saving me for I know I’m saved an my life is utterly his!

  4. This is exactly where I am. It's so hard to wait. I am working on a new project I know He has put on my heart, but He is preparing me, I know this because I am rarely patient and always ready to go. I will be still, and I will continue to pray, to learn, to grow in my Faith to be ready.

  5. Everytime the devil and the demons attack someone. That person has won! A person standing up against a whole gang of them and they are supernatural and that person is just a person with nonsupernatural. You have already won. Even when they attack youbwhen you're sleeping. You won. They are cowards to gang up on you. They are that weak and coawrds and don't dare and can't face you 1 on 1!

  6. 1 John 5:14-15. KJV

14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

    In His will we receive.

  7. Thank you for this sermon pastor. Just want to share something, I was in the waiting season . I was praying and begging to God everday last year to change my work situation. Then I had the feeling that God was telling me to wait on him. In October I found this job advertisement that was perfect for me and applied. In Novemer a pastor had a prophetic word for me saying "You are praying to God to change your work situation, he hears your prayers and see's you. Trust in him. In December you will have this new Job." And guess what?! In December I actually got this new Job. I was so overwhelmed & grateful. God is so faithful. I just want to encourage you guys. Waiting on God is hard but its definetely worth it. And now I have so much peace knowing that God's timing is the best. I do not have to worry about anything. Thank you Jesus ❤ I'm not a native speaker, so please don't judge me for my English.

  8. I've been sick for over a year now, doctors can't figure out what's wrong and can't help, and are not particularly interested in helping. But God cares and I'm praying and trusting Him for healing, and asking Him to help me be patient while I wait. It's not easy waiting but I believe God when He says He is the God who heals all our diseases, the great physician. He restores to us the years the locusts have eaten and by Jesus wounds, we are healed. If you wouldn't mind, please pray that I would receive God's healing soon and learn all the lessons He has for me while I wait.

  9. Waiting should be fun. If it isn't then I know my attitude and some ways I am doing things must change. One teacher in the elementary school I went to after the 3rd grade there when she retired well into her old age said in a public interview when she was being honored at the time too by seeing a new elementary school here in Edmonton, Alberta Canada named after her by the name of Sister Annata Brockman admitted to all here in our city that she was always hoping to get married to a man and not just be often carrying an image of one every day however it never happened and so when the opportunity to become a nun when she was more mature she took that opportunity instead. I and many others have heard the same story from 2 in person from men in the city here who became priests too. And so there must be more people like that out there who are not Roman Catholic too. Surely some of those people waiting to get married will get some sort of extra recognition in heaven and on earth some day too for learning how to enjoy doing that waiting properly. Mother Theresa during her lifetime felt unloved from time to time too. That didn't stop her from waiting properly. What a wonderful example they have set for the rest of us. Why should we let their examples be overshadowed by any wolves in sheep's clothing who like to wear clerical garments too for as long as it might benefit only them.
