  2. TO ALL WHO ARE HURTING AND DESPERATE – Please read all – this is for you. It is a matter of life & death.
    It has been said, “That the darkest hour is just before dawn”. When you have lost all hope, and all you see is darkness, remember, never let your life be defined by desperation and hopelessness, grasp this one moment in time, reach out to Jesus, He does His best work in dark places. Let the light of Christ shine within you. The very fact that you exist is God’s testimony of His love for you, you were created in His own image. Never give up, your finest day is yet to come, Receive Christ now, He is the caretaker of your soul. The Gospel message was created for you. The simplicity of the Gospel, – Here it is A=Admit you are a sinner (REPENT). B=Believe Jesus is Lord. C=Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is your Blessed Hope, your only hope. At least give Jesus a chance, He gave His life for you, He bled and died so you could live. The devil wants to destroy you, Jesus wants to rescue and restore you. Jesus is calling your name, please come home to me, I am your Father waiting with open arms to receive you. Read: (Isaiah @), always remember that your Prayers’ Matter to God, He honors them. My prayer today for each one of you who reads these words, is that God would remove from you all feelings of despair and hopelessness’, and restore you in to the loving arms of Christ Jesus, and surround each one of you with the sacred Blood of Christ Jesus as a living, healing, protective shield, from the evil one and all the powers of darkness. Remember the devil is a defeated foe and you are never alone, Christ is always, and I do mean always, by your side. Did you know that when you have a hard time praying the Holy Spirit intercedes on your behalf, take comfort in that.

    Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness : by whose stripes ye were healed.
    What then if I went back to sin after receiving Christ? Repent wholeheartedly of the sins, ask for forgiveness from the Lord, for He is faithful to forgive. Your future sins are forgiven IF YOU REPENT, yes again.

They were baptized in the water and of the spirit after they believed. Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Noah didn't come up with his own plan like people are doing today. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church.It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, They continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone.   30. You’re either saved or you’re not. Paul says that the only way to be saved today is Romans 3:24-25 and 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. If these scriptures are not your testimony or gospel for your salvation. You will miss rapture or worse: wake up in hell even if you profess to be a Christian. Doesn’t matter. If these scriptures are NOT your testimony and you have some sort of either Christ-less, bloodless, or Unitarian confessional doctrine for apostate salvation.   31. I'm scared because I haven't thought much of myself for years, and I have lost so many jobs because of medicine I'm on and I can't help it. I have a beautiful blessed family that I'm NOT worthy of!!!
    I'm in my 40s and I haven't ever made more that 10k dollars in any year. I have tried and tried but it seems that I'm an utter failure. It is my only prayer that somehow God/Jesus Christ could somehow forgive me for this. I'm so Sorry Lord

    All of mankind's wisdom at best equates to a speck of dust in our vast universe.
    GOD has mountain size thoughts every moment of every moment thus creating galaxies into existence.

    Who is the Antichrist? The people who deny that Jesus is the Son of God and came in flesh are the antichrist. The enemies are not people outside the church but INSIDE the church preaching lies differing from the bible!     Just praying for your sins to be forgiven, and saying the name of Jesus at the end of your prayer will not make your sins that are red as scarlet be white as snow. Father God is the Saviour. Father God is calling you now to come before His Word, and be guided into all Truth through the Spirit of Truth, and truly wash away your sins.

  36. There American Christians in Suits have not realised yet that a two thousand year old religion that it’s main protagonist, Jesus, stated was not for all races and peoples. Check out his statement in the Acts of the Apostles where he says that he came only to redeem the Israelites, not any of the races that were in Israel at the time. I also notice that this religious sect seems to exist only to sell merchandise, which seems to suggest that it is more a Business than a Religion.

  37. The Lord God is not a reward in the same way that the Bible speaks of reward in 1 Corinthians 3 and elsewhere. Being in the presence of God is a gift and has no reference to my performance. I get into heaven by grace and grace alone. Rewards are different. Though the Bible refers to Jesus as a great reward it cannot mean the same

  38. If we serve the Lord knowing that we will get a reward and being motivated by that that's fine! If we posture in public trying to get the accolades of people within we lose the eternal reward having gotten our reward here. I'm afraid this idea is confused at this part of the talk.

  43. Hi everyone!

    I was hoping to post this post to someone in particular, but after 24+ hours since watching this sermon, I am unable to locate his/her post. It has to do with this person's mother and her unsaved condition. This person mentioned in their post about not wanting to "beat" his/her mother over the head with the Bible.

    If anyone happens to see a post like what I've described with that particular phrase, I would greatly appreciate it if you would direct that person to my post here.

    MY POST:

    Hi.

    I know, as I'm sure many Christians do, just how difficult it is to talk to family (and others) about things such as heaven, hell, and the utter importance of salvation, but we must if we want our loved ones to go to heaven when they die.

    And of course you don't want to "beat" your mother about the head with the Bible, nor should you. All you need to do is let your love for your mother swallow up your fear of sharing the gospel with her and be obedient to God's Great Commission to preach the gospel to everyone.

    Please don't be overwhelmed by what you are about to read. This post is not for you to memorize, but to give you some ideas of what you might want to say as you talk to your mother. You can either write down a few points that stand out to you or just read this post to her if that will make things easier for you.

    A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

    1. If your mother says "yes" to receiving eternal life, encourage her to pray to God in her own words, using the three steps I will mention later on in this post, but if she wants you to lead her in a prayer, then do so; again, using those same three steps.

    2. If your mother hesitates and tells you she wants to think about it, tell her that although she can do that, it's not the wisest thing to do. Share with your mother what the Bible says about those who put off salvation until another time:

    "each person is destined to die once and after that comes judgment," (Hebrews 9:27)

    "At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you"

    Indeed, the "right time" is now. Today is the day of salvation. (2 Corinthians 6:2).

    Let your mother know that after death, it's too late for salvation.

    3. If your mother says "no", then as heartbreaking as that will be for you to see your mother reject Christ and his free gift of eternal life, knowing the terrible fate of all who do that, which is eternity in hell, be at peace in your heart that you did your part and that you were obedient to Christ in fulfilling the Great Commission to preach the gospel.

    God loves all people and he will never force his love on anyone else. Neither can we.

    HERE'S WHAT YOU MIGHT WANT TO SAY:

    Mom, I love you and I have something very important to talk to you about, so please, let me have my say before you respond.

    Mom, I want you to go to heaven when you die, but I'm concerned that you may not be prepared to meet God face to face to be judged by him, as we all will someday.

    The Bible says that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). In other words, we have failed to live up to God's perfect standards for living, the 10 Commandments. We are not saved from hell by keeping the 10 Commandments; we've already broken them, we are saved by God's grace alone through faith in Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). In fact, only Christ has kept the Commandments perfectly because Christ is perfect. The Commandments were given to show us just how sinful we really are (Romans 5:20), and just how much we need the Savior's forgiveness. Mom, the reason Jesus came to earth was to die for sinners, like us. The punishment we deserved to suffer because of our sins, Jesus suffered for us when he died on the cross for our sins. He suffered God's righteous anger for sins so that we wouldn't have to. The sinless Son of God became sin for us (2 Corinthians 5:21).

    Mom, just the breaking of one Commandment is enough for a righteous, holy, and just God to send us to hell (James 2:10-11). Lying, even once makes us as a liar. Stealing, regardless of the item's value, makes us a thief. Using God's holy name disrespectfully, makes us guilty of blasphemy. Lusting after someone we're not married to, makes us guilty of spiritual adultery (Matthew 5:27-28).

    Only God can forgive sins; the passing of time cannot. God sees our sins from the past as if we had just committed them.

    Mom, based on what you know now, would you like to go to heaven when you die? If so, there are three things you must do:

    1. You must be willing to see yourself as God sees you; not as a good person, but a sinner.

    2. You must repent of your sins and forsake them. It's not enough to tell God you're sorry for your sins, which is what repentance is, you must also forsake them.

    3. Put your trust in Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins and only him.

    You cannot save yourself from hell and God's wrath. You need an advocate, and that advocate is Jesus Christ.

    Mom, once you do that, God will overturn your death sentence in hell and give you eternal life instead. He will also give you his peace, his righteousness, and his perfection. Without these God given traits, you cannot get into heaven. You need Jesus; you need his forgiveness. Mom, would you like to repent of your sins now and receive God's free gift of eternal life?

    You: Heavens Oscar's ( How do you even dare compare a hollywood event to Heaven? )
    My bible: crown of righteousness, incorruptible crown, crown of life, crown of glory, crown of rejoicing
    You: After the church we are taken to heaven in the rapture, then you speak of judgement.
    My bible: we are taken up into the air with Christ; to judge even angels and the world. Heaven is after the last enemy is defeated – that is death.

  48. I love listening to Dr. David Jeremiah's messages especially these series on Heaven as it makes me long for my eternal home more than ever… Thank you and God bless you and your ministry ever increasingly.

    I wish that the advertising about the gift for "a donation of any amount…," wasn't included in the messages or keeping it only at the very end, so it may not be a turn off for those who are not believers yet. Thank you.
