  1. I'm personally grateful for Derek Prince, he meant so much to me at a very dark time! Thank God for him and his ministry! I was paralyzed and alone, riddled with cancer and in more pain then I want to remember, I watched every one of his videos multiple times and I found that God has a plan. God bless his ministry in every way.

  2. I read the book recently. It brought me to tears!
Unlike many who cannot give up everything for the Lord, Lydia renounced it all: social position, job, comfort, financial security … and even a marriage proposal … just so that she could go to that place, the Holy Land, where she alone felt God wanted her to be. The book is emotional, personal, intimate… so down to earth. Blind faith in submitting to where the voice of the Holy Spirit leads; complete trust in The Father's provision.
Each chapter of the book contains a milestone in someone's life; a lessen to learn and appropriate.
When you see the struggles many people face when being called by the Lord to lay down their lives and follow wherever He leads and the small number, under 10%, that actually GO! you then can understand why after a person gets saved, the Nr. 1 program of the Devil is to stop that person from being a effective Christian.
It takes faith and courage to Go where He leads you; in the unknown, into places where your human mind and conception cannot put it all together and you can only live by faith… By relaying on Him day by day, on a day to day basis.
Many that leave on the foreign field today want to have it all organised, planned… and of course, have the financial security. Lydia left for the Holy Land in obedience having no financial security or backing from anyone. That led her into a lifestyle of faith and total provision on God's ability to provide. Reminded me of Muller.
Highly recommend the book. As I started to read it, it felt like an old diesel car, but, the more I advanced into it it got more and more excited and when the book finished… it's like I was cruising in faith at a high speed as in a sports car and you have no more track to keep going…. I didn't want the book to end.
I pray you find it as exciting and inspiring as I did — and yes, please give yourself to God's purposes, even though you'd have to leave everything behind. Oh… but, what a life awaits.. you can only imagine. So, attend that appointment God has for you by laying your life down and then, a new life will unveil before your eyes.
    Blessings,
    Catalin
