  2. I was shocked at how accurate dr.ojiefo was in his reading with me.   3. There’s no Christ in this message which is the only way anyone has hope. One way to notice false teaching is when pastors preach a man focused sermon and throw in random verses to compliment their points instead of looking at the full context. Our desire should be to learn more about who Jesus is and put all our trust and faith in Him and not on our own understanding. Pray that He will reveal His nature to us daily through His word so that our faith and reliance on Him grows stronger.

  18. This the first time I am commenting on an online sermon. I have walked out of the faith and am currently on one of the worst times of my life. My heart, as it is, i feel is slowly hardened. And emptied. By life. By experiences. And by honestly, experiencing THE biggest regret of my life. something i have to live with.. But when I heard Pastor Mike made that symbolism of the glove, and say something along the lines of… "your real purpose can only be revealed when you allow God's spirit to fill you"…

    I feel that emptiness being slowly filled again… and this heart of stone, slowly becoming a "heart of flesh" once more.

    It's different every single day, but I pray this message would always stay with me.

  22. So what happens when your spirit IS damaged? When you have given so much of yourself to EVERYTHING, to just end up a retiree at 35, no hope, no direction, no job.. no purpose, at all. I pay bills, I still live because I have kids. Other than that I have nothing. I keep giving when there is nothing left to give.

  25. The gospel by which we're SAVED.
    We're under Paul's ministry today. Therefore we're not under the law of the old testament. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJV)(1) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the GOSPEL (good news) which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; (2) By which also ye are SAVED, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain (self). (3) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST DIED for our SINS according to the scriptures; (4) And that he was BURIED, and that he ROSE AGAIN the THIRD DAY according to the scriptures.

    And that takes us back to John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH in him should NOT PERISH, but have EVERLASTING LIFE. Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) (8) For by GRACE are ye SAVED through FAITH; and that NOT of yourselves: it is the GIFT of GOD: (9) NOT of works, lest any man should boast. So it's only by GRACE that we are SAVED not by works. JESUS did all the work and gave us GRACE (unmerited favor) as long as we have FAITH (believe) in the DEATH, BURIAL, and RESURRECTION of Jesus Christ for SALVATION (trust in his BLOOD ATONEMENT). That's the gospel. JESUS said, Ye must be BORN AGAIN to enter into the kingdom.(accept Jesus as your SAVIOUR) 

    READ, UNDERSTAND, BELIEVE (from the heart by FAITH) and be SAVED

  31. Pastor. I am a very sinful yet crying christian who runs to God every time I mess up. I am not perfect nor will ever be, but after I went through an extremely difficult divorce, its been almost 3 years I an single, I promise God I wouldn't date unless He shows me the way. I met a JW online because she said my testimony impacted her and after few moths we both fell for each other. We both understand our different beliefs yet we stop talking for few months because of our beliefs. I told her I have a relationship with Jesus and she doesn't believe in Jesus and that caused us to fall apart for few months. Now here I am again talking to her, she said she prayed to Jehova about us and she keeps praying that Jehova guides her to make the right choice. I pray and fast to Jesus for Him to help me understand if she is for me or not. She is everything I prayed and fasted for, the type of woman I have prayed for the last 3 years and she says I am what she has been praying for even when we don't know each other that well. I keep praying about it but I want to seek counseling from people who have a greater relationship with Jesus. I want to do this the right way and honor Jesus with my marriage but I don't understand why I met someone with different belief system yet it matches everything I prayed and fast for the last 3 years and vice versa for her. I need help before I go deeper with her, we don't have sex or spend time alone where temptation might come in because I am waiting for marriage and so is she. Can you give me some advice??
