I have to tell you Pastor , that it was not only the 1850 gold rush that sent the people west in the Conestoga wagons, but the Homestead Act of 1862 signed by Lincoln to a United States citizen could go and get a free 160 acre land for free. They could keep the land if they lived on it for 5 years and had shown to have made improvements. Therefor a promised land to go, lots of people lost their lives and it was not an easy life, some never made it and others had to return. So a perfect simulation of our promise given by God in believing in Christ to go through our hardships to endeavor to walk the narrow road and not be swayed of the trail by the wiles if the devil, the temptations. I just thought that I would add this tidbit for your discription of driving the Conestoga wagon train.

I am feeling a vision from your description of the circle of pastors and ministers you were in and the world surrounding you of carnal means, sent by the devils influence and in hoards so large it reminds me of Gideon and God to triumph over the Midianites that were attacking the Israelites. Such a great difference in the armies but Gideon triumphantly winning the battle. But… in this is also of the last days in your dream. The battle is not between the people or flesh and blood but of principalities and the true church will stand against …. till … the Lord comes back to claim his bride… that is why when you saw the Lord in the clouds, there is no more armies railing against you..and all else is gone from you to know or see. And a great comfort to come onto you. That battle is over when the Lord returns. It is night by then when man can no longer work. Christ will snatch his bride from the enemy when the enemy believes he has conquered the church. At the last moment. that is why we do not know when. God Knows when that last moment in the battle is, and he will then snatch us out at the last movement. That is also why we are told that we will see that the world is ensnared in as a woman in labor, for the pains get more and more till the BIRTH… see?/ we are removed at the time the tribulation is born. It is to become so bad that we will feel left and forlorn but not to fear, for God will retrieve us from the snares and the enemy just as he feels he has won. We will be snatched away as the great hoards descend upon us. So stand a little longer for He comes for his bride.

    Gotta Keep Our Eyes On Jesus!
    Out of the storm a new day will dawn. On my heart He writes His poem. This world is not my home. Another day older. Another page turns.
    Another day closer to His return. I’ve got to keep my eyes on Jesus. All my faith and hope in Him. I’ve got to keep my eyes on Jesus sink or swim.
    He fills me with His Spirit, inside out and deep within. His beauty and His grace is such, that to look away or to blink is a sin.
