Isaiah 58 and verse 1 cry aloud spare not tell Israel it's transgressions. .. . As wicked as this world is this is the message that should be told to all of Israel. . . Homosexuality, transgender, GMO foods, idolatry, adultery. . All of this goes against God's laws and statutes written in the Bible. . But yet we live in a society that finds nothing wrong with all of this, it speaks on everything but what is obvious Israel return back to your heritage laws statutes and commandments this is your only way to salvation
It’s crazy because I’ve been trying to fast without eating for a few months and haven’t bn able to do so. Obviously my reason for fasting was not abt what I needed but it should’ve bn about what HE wants of me. I pray that I become more selfless

Funny how he left the whole issue of the Sabbath out of his preaching on Isaiah 58.
Our disobedience of Gods laws have created our over indulgence in our own inordinate desires. The lust of the eye, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life.
Noah would have died in the flood if he had not obeyed. Lot would have died in Sodom, and had Jesus disobeyed his father's command to go to the cross , he could not have become our savior.
Half truths don't have power to change lives.
God's word is fuel from heaven to earth in Jesus Christ and Holy Host.
Amen his word never seems to not to amaze me ,it jus gets better and better!! Bless the man of God for this word!!

This message changed my understanding of fasting forever. In 10 minutes God answered why I was fasting without result and challenged me to be a blessing when I a in need of blessing! I thank you Dr Evan's your obedience, love and life for Christ! You may never know the full impact that God is having through you, I just want you to know though that it is for your generation so that we will impact our generations to come. From a daughter of the most High, a wife and mother in her humble home in Namibia, Africa!

GOD showed me this in jail and he healed me for helping other people. And he fought for me. As he says he will.
Many times I drove from Louisiana to get a back load of pipe from Long Star TX. It was lonely road to the location. I was so glad that I could pickup Tony Evens on the radio. Sometimes the pipe was large and could be dangerous to load. Sometimes I would be alone or with a group of company drivers. Going from the yard late, and back to Houston TX. The road 259, would be under construction, sometimes purring rain, or a 1000 pound bull be crossing the road at 2:00am. I'm very surprise that all the years driving back. That my other drives or I never got in to a bad accident. I thank the Lord and Tony Evens, for being there.

Tony, I want Jesus and nothing else. I do not know how to give Jesus away but to tell of Him. I have little else left to give, it's all gone. I give material things for eternal rewards but God us not just talking about doing good to others so you get sonething back for what can a man offer God but servitude and obedience.

Yes the real fasting
Can anyone tell me please. Say when I do the 3 day fast do we need to do good deeds during the fast as well?
So based on these scriptures and what God tells us what HE wants, the purpose of our fasting is to set aside what we cry out for, but in asking what we want, what we want should be to be a conduit, a vessel to be used to glorify God. The purpose of our asking should line up with a deep hunger and thirst for righteousness and that righteousness is a great desire to glorify God with blessings HE gives us in that fasting.
Brother Tony, I do stuff for others. I give to homeless people whenever I can and I pray for them as well. I go to the beach and pray for everything that GOD brings to my heart and mind. When I get my social security, I give to GOD's Kingdom first. God have mercy on us and forgive me for whatever I'm doing wrong and heal my broken heart because of Christians who have done nothing to help us.
Charitable deeds is what ISAIAH 58 is about also to feed people the “HOLYWORD”
Operating in a context of love. Operate in Love. That's what Christianity stands on.
