  1. MY dad LOVED this song. MY mom and dad died in a car accident in 1993. This song just really speaks to me. I can't wait to see them again. We've been promised eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.. IT's not saying goodbye…just so long for awhile

  2. This song was sung at my Mother's funeral in April of 1993. Mom suffered so much from heart disease and diabetes. My daughter sent the link to this song to my wife. My father-in-law passed away yesterday, January 7, 2019 at the age of 98. He almost made the Century mark. Another WW 2 veteran of the Greatest Generation has gone to be with the Lord.

RIP Dad, you were the best Father-in-Law a fella could ever hope to have.

  3. Our prayers have been answered
    I finally arrived
The healing that had been delayed
    Is now realized
    No one's in a hurry
    There's no schedule to keep
    We're all enjoying Jesus
    Just sitting at His feet
If you could see me now
    I'm walking streets of gold
If you could see me now
    I'm walking tall and whole
If you could see me now
You'd know I've seen His face
If you could see me now
    You'd know the pain's erased
    You wouldn't want me
    to ever leave this place
If only you could see me now

    My light and temporary trials
Have worked out for my good
To know it brought Him glory
    When I misunderstood
    Though we've had our sorrows
    They can never compare
To what Jesus has in store for us
    No language can compare
