My voice is so dry (after practice ) that I am unable to sing appropriately during the actual worship (which is 45 minutes after practice)I drink at least 3 bottles during practice.
You are so right about dairy! I reversed GERD & got off my Rx Prevacid immediately after ditching dairy. I did an elimination diet & found out that dairy was the culprit. Sugar isn’t that good, either, but I consume it in moderation. I always sweeten my tea with organic Stevia that has no additives. I eat fruit, too.
I drink peppermint tea and lots of water. I also use slippery elm lozenges between practice and worship which was recommended by health food store.

unsweetend oat milk is great in coffee! Or silk coconut milk. (I have to stay dairy free which is a blessing in disguise 😉 )
got ahead with your bad self. You sound like a fitness trainer. I tell my fitness clients this all the time.
Wow thank you for the information
