What’s up with Servus Christi ragging on Chan? Seems so arrogant trashing on so many respected preachers … misguided efforts to me
This is so ridiculous. Yes, we can get stuck in the past. But in the same way we need to experience death on the cross before experiencing the resurrection into life, we need to remember all the things we have buried from the past in order to come to terms with them, and seek forgiveness for what is necessary, before we are released to move forward into the future. That's the danger of being Christian and demonizing secular science. We think we know it all.
That was awesome! Thank you so much for the demonstration of the rope! This really blessed my heart and encourage me with my walk with Jesus! Because like you said I want to see Him and hear Him say “well done, thou good and faithful servant.”
I like Francis Chan, but it's necessary for people to deal with their past. Not to live in it, but to deal with trauma is a necessity for recovery. I know. I was a needle junkie that gave my life to Christ and I could quit using until I dealt with my past. This message has a highly religious outlook. God uses all things, and all people didn't have a good childhood.
It's like blinders on a race horse so they can't see the horses racing next to them or get distracted by anything other than what's right in front of them
It's true. I feel sad for those who don't see it. People deserve to be happy.

My Word, this small portion of his service has done more for me than…Most of the sermons I have heard in my life. I have been in catholic grammar and high school searching for higher purpose. Not just a job. Some ppl actually hunger for God. Seeking him so badly it hurts. Never quite understanding what your doing wrong. Seed that never takes root. That need and desire for life everlasting finally fulfilled as I feel God while I breathe. To have some understanding.
I can truly say this seed sown I will protect. I thank you for this.

Brother in Christ, you should dress accordingly. You are preaching the word of our heavenly father. ! It's distracting to me just my opinion. The world is getting so relaxed cold when it comes to scripture. If you are preaching at a church, God's house. We should dress accordingly after all we are going to celebrate the most high. It is a celebration when we are in church.. Blessings to you. Just something to think about and it's only my opinion!
Some of us are being controlled by the trauma. I looked forward only, and I made disappointing decisions. Trauma survivors have to look at their past so that they can break the chains that are dictating our belief system without us even knowing it.

Notice how it says enemy of the cross of Christ, not just Christ but the cross of him. They're an enemy to salvation. They would rather live in sin than be saved. Sometimes this reflects me. But God loves us anyway.
