"That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well."

Well if he is saying all food is clean isn’t that like saying food is food bc if food is defined as clean food then saying all food is clean is saying nothing at all???
"He made all foods clean' isn't in the greek at all. It's in parenthesis meaning it was added by the translators
The issue is on the pagan holidays when everyone is feasting on meat and drinking wine to other gods.

Extreme- don’t think I’ve ever an analogy go to the extent of saying pork- isn’t food . Will admit in days I would eat pork for days on end for breakfast something distinct feel right inside ..
