  19. I want to share that Years ago I would watch Joseph Prince every day and I’ve never had a more peaceful season in my life. I started a relationship that lead to listen to new age audiobook, to focus on breathing exercises to reduce stress, create heart and mind coherency, create greater magnetism in my body to attract the desires of my heart, also develop the flow state of sense of timelessness where the next step is a process is as clear as riding a wave. I did experience this and to some extent it works to produce these outcomes, but even attempting to enter the flow state I realized is a form of labor, my focus is to be in flow, my energy is engaged in achieving a different state, my reward is there alone, for my own glory. I became full of anxiety and fear for different reasons, then yesterday I remembered the convicting you once placed in me about Jesus at my most peaceful time, when his name alone cast away my fears. I began to seek that state instead, I started to speak His name in my thoughts until I felt my conviction returning as it once was. What I noticed was that While I was focused on this, my breathing not only relaxed but expanded…deep within my nostril there was sudden expansion of capacity of the amount of airflow I was able to bring in, like when a stuffed nose suddenly releases and air can come in. I realized if I stopped it began to tighten again. This requires focused observation and being in tune with the body to even notice. The relief to receive this grace of oxygen created a peace in me that nothing outside of that moment could replace. I realized this is what is cut off from us when we live in fear and Unforgiveness, we forfeit this land of milk and honey, what restores back wholly the chemicals in our nervous system, and our very nostrils become closed off from experiencing this sense of peace. Restoring my faith in Jesus in those moments caused my breath to reach naturally the state they speak of in exercises. But this time accompanied with a grateful smile that it was given to me because I am so loved. And knowing that whatsoever I do, think, or where I am, what I am is so loved, is like the magical key that unlocks all the gates each worldly teaching attempts to breakdown one by one. A cheap imitation of the grace of God with loose ends. When my eyes are on him all of these things come to me without my effort, no greater need of understanding.Thank you for taking me back to the rivers of living waters.

  25. Can I request for a prayer, because my dad is in hospital right now and feeling unwell and weak, pls pray for my dad to recover from whatever sickness he is suffering right now. I am his youngest son and have difficulty to cope with my lifestyle, I only can pray to God pls bless my daddy hurry recover but I oso need everyone prayer at this part of time to strength up and have ur blessings for my daddy too. Pls

  31. My take away for this sermon is that I can not guard the happenings around myself but I can guard my heart through guarding what I hear and what I see, it is through listening and reading the word and seeing myself with faith pictures that is imparted to me by the Holy Spirit.
