I have heard this story many times but I have never heard it from the perspective that Pastor Matt just laid before us. Issac had to lay down his will and he had to surrender. From his obedience, sacrifice and trust in God came his son, Jacob who was the father of the 12 tribes of Israel. Thanks for giving us new revelation to an old text. Great job Pastor Matt!
