  35. URGENT URGENT URGENT

    PROPHET SHEPHERD BUSHIRI ARREST: AS THINGS UNFOLD

    I have unfortunately learned that the arrest of Prophet Shepherd BUSHIRI is politically motivated and is influenced by a syndicate that has been extorting him and have vowed to finish him for his refusal to cooperate with their demands

    They have been trying different types of charges but the main aim is to ensure he gets jailed and later deported

    The syndicate has senior politicians, government officials, law enforcement agencies and church leaders who have done everything to try and discredit the man of God.

    They mobilise through hate and Xenophobia. They rubbish members of the church and question their faith. The main aim is to make everyone distance themselves from the Prophet, his family and the Church of God

    Prophet Bushiri, his wife and their colleague receive warrant of arrest on the 20th October 2020.

    He is told to appear at 11h00. This doesn't make sense because he is supposed to be allowed to make arrangements to be at Court and not police station or Hawks office by latest 11h00. This meant they agreed to meet earlier to make logistics such as charging them to enable them to be at Court by latest 11h00.

    Clearly the plan with the above arrangements between Bushiri's lawyers and Hawks is meant to confuse Bushiri even more. The Hawks misled his lawyers to agree to such an arrangement with them

    Surprisingly instead of waiting for the agreed 11h00, the Hawks arrived earlier instead at Bushiri's home staging a Hollywood style of arrest.

    Bushiri was not home but at the offices of his lawyers at the time the Hawks arrived for the arrests.

    The Hawks quickly report that he was evading arrest. This does not make sense but it happens anyway. Bushiri hands himself in after hearing of the ambush at his home and the arrest of his wife.

    Then the Prosecutors are told to arrive at 14h00, by that time no court is seating to hear the matter. This means they are all detained for the first night. This is the beginning of a grand plan of the Bushiri's arrest that involves ministers and senior politicians who have been seating meetings to plan this for a very long time.

    The following day, they appear in Court, the state claims unreadiness and insist they still need time for further investigation. This is despite the fact that they have been investigation this case since 2019 January.

    The Counsel of the Bushiris argued that the same investigators have been having the passports of the couple for more than a year now. How does he become a flight risk when he has no travel documents.

    The magistrate delays the case the whole day and only to want to go home at exactly 16h00. This means one more night in custody for the Bushiris

    The State not clear on their request for postponement, the magistrate allow them time until Friday the 23rd October 2020.

    The magistrate delays proceedings again on Friday. She literally made sure his case is heard an hour before she knocks off. She knew Bushiri Counsel won't finish in time. By the time Counsel finishes it is 15h48 so it's a plan for another postponement.

    The magistrate protected the State and decided not to give them an opportunity to respond or state reasons for apposing bail instead she just postpones the case.
    Today its Monday the 26th October 2020, watch how the magistrate will use the same delay tactic and her partiality.

    She will not allow bail application to proceed. She is aiming on finalising the matter on Friday the 30th October 2020 as per the grand plan because she is captured by the syndicate.

    On Friday the 30th October 2020, the magistrate will grant Prophetess Mary Bushiri and Landi bail. She will set the bail at a very high amount.

    On Friday Bushiri will be denied bail on the basis of Home Affairs issues. The very same Home affairs issues which the Pretoria High Court suspended. This explains the well calculated and deliberate public remarks by Aaron Motsoaledi the Home Affairs Minister. His views are part of the grand plan sponsored by the syndicate.

    It is not a coincidence that Minister Motsoaledi came publicly to announce the alleged discrepancies on Bushiri's permanent residence permit. It is not justifiable for the minister to have acted that way but he did to influence the ongoing bail hearing of Bushiri and to reconfigure the public and incite Xenohobia so that the magistrate has public support in the injustices she has been committing from day one.

    So come Friday the 30th October, the Magistrate will deny Bushiri bail using Home Affairs reasons cited by Motsoaledi but grant the two women bail.

    This case is staged and planned and whatever arguments of the defence are a worst of time because they want a predetermined outcome. The plan is that while he is in custody denied bail, more and more charges will follow. The grand plan is to finish the man.

    They are xenophobes who must be our leaders and want to ensure they deport the Prophet after punishing him in jail.

    If he has committed crimes he must be treated like all criminals and there is no need to deny him justice as they are doing.

    Bushiri has reported the syndicate and provided evidence to the hawks on extortion and intimidation, the hawks have never acted on all the information he provided and the cases he opened against those who pursue him

    It really hurts to see the travesty of justice before our eyes and everyone is turning a blind eye in the name of justice when the underlying issue is xenophobia enforced through a violation of his human rights. As early as now he is denied access to his lawyers, you can imagine the road ahead for the prophet and family.

    With these issues to my knowledge, I am beginning to dislike our corrupt state agencies like the hawks that are used to destroy people.

    My confidence in our systems has finished and I feel hopeless in my own Country to see this being done to my spiritual parents. I hate our leaders right now and I dislike the ruling party for allowing its leaders to do this in the name of the ANC. I am sad and pained and I want this message to reach as many people as possible.

  42. He is not a true prophet he seemingly faked . Money laundering and money pyramid schemes he cheated his followers . Deception was the art of the prophet and humiliating south African legal system like fugive he surfaced in Malawi. I f he was true prophet he won't be fugitive prophet
