About The Author

Radical Radical exists to serve the church in accomplishing the mission of Christ. We long to see the church making disciples who make disciples who make disciples throughout the world -- from our neighbors across the street to the unreached people groups across the globe -- all for the glory of God. 1. " Martha welcomed him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus feet and heard his word. Martha was distracted with much serving……Lord do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her to help me. Jesus said to her you are worried and troubled over many things,. But ONE THING is needed, Mary has chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. Luke 10:38-42✝️

  2. Actions are either an outflowing of what is inside or simply a laundry list of “to do’s”. The indwelling if the Holy Spirit must be what drives us to Christian living.

  3. Now this is my kind of preaching. For so long I was trying to look the part trying to do everything right like a good Christian should. But I was missing something wasn't right I still felt empty. Then I started listening to Andrew Farley and it's like the Holy Spirit open my eyes in so many areas and now I see things as they really are it is the most beautiful thing ever

  4. Really? No, Christians get it wrong because they are the ones referred to in Matthew 7 when Messiah clues us to the end when some would say "Lord, Lord"–acknowledging a lord–"We did all this stuff in your name" (except that Christians refuse to use his actual name). What was Messiah's response to those people: "Depart from me. I never knew you as you are workers of iniquity." Iniquity obviously doesn't mean toothsome drooling evil as these were church folks. It means in Greek anomia–without the law. Then what did Christians turn around and do? They cancelled the Torah (Oh, except for that tithing thing.) You can't just sit around, closing your eyes and saying "I believe" like you're raising Tinkerbell. You have to "shema"–in Hebrew hear and DO–the things that were written down by the Designer to show how he expected folks to live with each other and with Him.
(And just in case you want to tell me it's "done away with"–how come it's "the law" that is written in hearts in the new covenant? (Jeremiah and the writer of Hebrews agree.) How come the law will go forth–be taught–in Zion when Messiah claims his kingdom (Isaiah 2:3; Micah 4:2). And while I"m right at it, why isn't there a gate marked "Christian" in the New Jerusalem? (Rev 21:12)

  5. “ You were created to experience the life of Christ in you, transforming everything about you from the inside out.” David Platt. I Love this guy!! David you are truly a man of God and the Spirit works through you. You noticed that when my spirit is hurting because of sin or fault I am sad and grieving. And it all begins in the mind and heart. It’s not my actions, but my feelings that makes me at peace. The worse feeling is the feeling of separation from your creator because of sin.

  6. My sweet little ex stepdaughter was in love with Christ as a child and now that she’s in College her father my ex husband had a bag filled of bibles from children’s bibles to study bibles in a bag in his truck. When I saw them I asked about it. He said, “ Oh I’m trashing them, Nikki don’t want them she put them aside to throw away.” She is off to college so she thinks she no longer needs God. My hurt ached when he said that. I grabbed the bag and gave the little precious moments Bible one each to my three grandkids. And one to my daughter and kept one myself. How sad the enemy just keeps deceiving. I always remind my children of their true roots. Their real Father. Jesus Christ. ❤️

  7. Awesome I appreciate you preaching and your thoughts on what the Bible says. Now we the people not as a religion or religions need to Simply read the Bible Believe In Christ strengthen your relationship with him personally and ask the Holy Spirit to enter your body and your homes. Nobody is to put their twist or their thoughts or their ideas on what the Bible is stating. Read read read

  8. Unfortunately, just telling our children does and don'ts without communicating the reasons why, only produces a form of godliness. "Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away." (II Timothy 3: 5, KJV).

  9. I think that what David is talking about is having an ongoing relationship with the Lord. I bet that many of those Christians that go to college and fall away are not discovering what God says for themselves. They don't really know what God says or have discovered it for themselves. They don't read God's Word hardly at all and develop a prayer-life that would carry them through. The problem these days is that our youth are too attached to their cell phones and distracted by that and other outside stimuli that they don't study God's Word for themselves. I am a retired teacher and have heard my students talk about staying up till 2:00 o'clock n the morning texting and playing games and and other things with their phones. If you can get them away from the technology for enough time they could get a good grounding and establishing in the things of God. That doesn't happen because we are seeing the results of this technology addicting their behaviors. If they spent that much time in prayer and God's word we would see the tide turn for the better. Don't tell me it won't work, because I was born again, spent my time reading and Studying my Bible and praying for hours a day as a teenager. Of course, we didn't have cell phones and all of the carnal temptations that these kids have today. To many things are out in the open to the point that kids in third grade know all about sexual stuff that we weren't exposed to back than.
