  1. I've cut all I can (I follow the very strict AIP for about the last 18 months) but I am still sick and tired. I ask God what to do, but I still have no energy and I'm not getting any answer from God so I keep doing what I'm doing, but I'm so tired of being sick and tired. What do I do? With lots of love from chilly Arizona, 60/36f today.

  2. I have been a dietitian for over 40 years, trying to help people lose weight and change bad habits, so I know what I am talking about. Just like alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, FOOD IS AN ADDICTION. It doesn't matter if you keep snack food out of your house or try to discipline yourself to stop eating when you first feel full. An addict will find a way to rationalize overeating, will get dressed in the middle of the night and drive to a convenience store to buy junk food, sneak food when nobody is watching, will find a way to get their "fix". Addicts need to get psychological counseling to treat the source of their addiction. Whatever pain you are dealing with and trying to pacify with food, figure out a way, with a therapist, to conquer that pain. That's the only long-term solution.
