  1. We should keep in mind drugs were a big part of our society and especially our incense, perfumes, oils and wines.

Ezra for instance has an infused wine during the great assembly.
Like many words in the ancient world there’s a lot a similarity from languages of surrounding cultures.

The word Charis sounds close to Chara. Charis is the resin of cannabis. Similarly cannabis has been called the happy plant.
The Gospel of Thomas I believe refers to the plant as the plant of kindness.

Cannabis also shows up in the holy anointing oil. Which is called the oil of joy. There’s a short psalm about the unity of men (103?) that describes it Like the fragrant oil running down Aaron’s beard.

All I got to say is thank Jesus Christ for pot. He saved my soul and my life with His help. I used to struggle with chronic depression but Jesus has brought me joy.

  2. A joy fest is possible all the time in Christ because He is a never ending source of joy and life abundance and love regardless of the imperfect circumstances of the evil in this world. We don't focus on those things because we keep our mind on things above. We fix our eyes on father above and his Kingdom 1st. Which he wants to bring to this Earth which is perfect.

  3. In the place where it says, “Matthew 5:12,” it should really say, “11-12,” because most of the statement you made was actually taken from the eleventh verse from Matthew 5.

“11 ‘Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

God be with you, and I hope to see much more of you guys! Peace be with all of you in Jesus’ Name, given through the Holy Spirit!

  4. Praise the Good LORD! Even in the most troubling of times and in the deepest waters he covers me with JOY and wraps me in comfort! There is none like the LORD! No-one else can touch my heart like He does!

  5. I love these videos, I've been reading the Bible fervently lately, but have struggled to stay focused when listening (I listen to an audio version) and have a hard time finding time to sit down and read. Listening to these videos, on the other hand, is incredibly engaging and I feel like I'm learning A LOT, very quickly, about the books that I've been struggling to learn on my own. When I go back to read or listen to the books that I'd previously struggled with, I have a much better sense of what's happening and can follow much more easily after watching or listening to these wonderful videos.
