  7. Got to share season 1 with my 93yr old gma, she BINGED JESUS all in 1day! The minute she finished, she called to tell me how much she enjoyed it and asked, "when are the coming out with more?" So I'll be pre-ordering season 2! Thank You!!!!

  17. Isn’t that amazing? I started watching The Chosen late in season 2 & “binge watched” until I caught up. Plus watched it repeatedly. It also lead me to go back and start reading my Bible more diligently from Matthew just to compare. I am so enjoying this! Love you Dallas.

Dallas, because of the gift God gave you to create The Chosen, I was able to see the first season because it was paid forward and which in turn paying it forward so that others would be able to see it as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing this project to life. Because of The Chosen, I have been able to gain a better understanding of the context of the Bible. My mind works in pictures and chronological order, with that being said I would like to tell you how God has worked in my life with The Chosen. I began reading my chronological Bible 3 years ago. I would put it down, pick it up several times. I struggled with the heart of the Torah, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy, reading and re-reading several times. But I don't think it was meant for me to finish reading the Bible 2 years ago. I picked up the Bible again the same time I began watching The Chosen, and to my surprise what I read nights before watching the show coincided with the episode I happened watch. This was not my planning but God's plan. The Chosen has been somewhat of my tutor. OH and isn't the Salvation Army amazing…I was a Salvation Army Soldier for a short time. And now I am serving the Lord in a church as an amateur camerawoman and occasional video director. Your camera man has very impressive shots.

  21. If you remotely know scripture, you don't make "merchandise" of the KING OF KINGS, or HIS Word..

    2:3 They will make merchandise of you – Only use you to gain by you, as merchants do their wares.

  23. I love this show and am reading the Bible through with my 3 other sisters in a Zoom meeting every Saturday morning when we talk about the 25 chapters we have read the previous week. It is awesome and I am seeing and understanding so much more than when I was reading 3 chapters a day and 4 on weekends just by myself!

  27. My daughter gave us the DVD of Season 1 last Christmas. I binge-d it about 6 times in January before I even knew that existed!! I've fallen in love with Jesus all over again. Thank you and bless you all.

  30. This is 100% true! I love it! I have binged this show repeatedly – both seasons- and it just keeps drawing me back to my Bible to look things up and to literally binge on Jesus. I have been a committed follower of Christ for most of my life, but seeing a human, approachable Jesus on The Chosen has blown fresh wind into my faith & relationship with Him. I’m telling everyone I know or meet to watch The Chosen. In fact, last week my husband and I were in Smoky Mountains National Park, in a remote location, both wearing our Chosen shirts, & a couple who were watching a nearby elk with us commented on them & we got to share with 2 perfect strangers. They said they’d definitely check it out!

  35. Another way to Binge Jesus:
    Try bingeing Audio Bibles, especially would recommend "NIV dramatised"
    Bingeing the New Testament is easy, you can listen to it on your commute, while at work, basically all day long. You can get through the entire new testament in a few days. And then you can put it on repeat again and again and again. Maybe after enough repeats you might memorise the entire NT.
    Then you every now and then you can binge the old testament as well, but it will be roughly 3 times longer so it's way harder to memorise.
